Terms of service

The service
DiscordMute is a BepInEx mod for Among Us and a Discord bot that server-mutes and unmutes voice channel members in step with the game. These terms cover this website, the hosted bot and the telemetry endpoint. By using them you accept these terms.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse the telemetry endpoint: no flooding, no forged or fabricated reports, no probing for other instances.
Do not circumvent bans or blocks, for example by re-adding the hosted bot under a different account after it has been blocked.
Do not use DiscordMute to harass others, and follow the Discord terms and community guidelines at all times.
Hosted bot availability
The hosted bot is run on a best effort basis. There is no uptime guarantee and no support obligation. It can be slow, change or be unavailable at any time.
The operator may block servers or users from the hosted bot, for example for abuse, and may shut the hosted bot down.
Software license
The DiscordMute mod, bot and this website are free software under the GNU General Public License version 3. You can use, study, change and share them under that license. The full text is at https://github.com/YONN2222/AmongUs-DiscordMute/blob/master/LICENSE.
No affiliation
DiscordMute is a fan-made project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Innersloth or Discord. Among Us is a trademark of its owner and Discord is a trademark of Discord Inc.
No warranty
The service and the software are provided as they are, without warranty of any kind. The software modifies a running game, so you use it at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for damages arising from the use of the service or the software, including lost data, muted voice chats, game problems, or account actions taken by Discord or Innersloth. Liability for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health, stays unaffected.
Changes to these terms
These terms can change. The date at the top shows the last update, and continued use after a change means you accept the new version.
